Novo Bank, an esteemed international firm, envisioned an open and transparent workspace akin to The Address Headquarters. Their strong vision was meticulously crafted with a custom design, where the abundant use of transparent glass elements fostered an open and communicative atmosphere.

To enhance employee well-being, Novo Bank opted for high-back ergonomic chairs rather than the conventional medium-back ones. The distinct design brief also called for an increased number of meeting rooms and phone booths to cater to private conversations in their dynamic work environment. The layout primarily featured linear workstations, with strategically placed tapered workstations enriching the overall ambiance.

The office design came to life with custom wallpapers featuring astronauts and space motifs. The theme exuded vibrancy and innovation, guided by their brand's dark blue, dark grey, and light grey color palette.

To create a versatile workspace, Novo Bank integrated a multipurpose area seamlessly combining a cafe and a table tennis setup, reflecting their dynamic and collaborative work culture.

Custom 5K lighting solutions were implemented to fulfill Novo Bank's preference for an office atmosphere that was neither too warm nor too cool. These lighting choices were thoughtfully coordinated with the paint selections, resulting in a harmonious and pleasing environment.
