Client Requirements and Design Development:

When Lendingkart initially approached us, they had specific requirements in mind. We responded by creating an initial layout that aligned with their vision. As we began site execution, the client requested some modifications, leading us to undertake a redesign and reevaluation of the space planning. Fortunately, despite these mid-project changes, we remained steadfast in our commitment to delivering the project on time while accommodating their evolving requirements.

Moreover, Lendingkart had an established brand color scheme, featuring the colors yellow, orange, and blue. However, the client wanted to deviate from these traditional color choices and instead opt for vibrant colors that reminiscent of a lively coworking environment. The shift in the color palette aimed to create an office space so enticing that employees would be reluctant to leave, mirroring our colorful “Spaces by The Address" ethos. This concept extended to the incorporation of premium sofas and lounge areas in designated rooms, along with inviting, vibrant seating in the reception area, and an energetic atmosphere in the cafeteria.

Also, the client had an additional request for a London-themed phone booth as part of the design, which we seamlessly incorporated to introduce an international flavor to the workspace. During the entire design and 3D visualization process, we actively engaged the client, implementing only those designs and visualizations approved by them. This client-centric approach ensured that we not only met but exceeded their expectations, ultimately resulting in high client satisfaction.

Execution and Handover:

During the execution phase, we encountered a significant challenge due to changes in the layout and a demanding deadline. Nevertheless, our partnership with relevant vendor partners and our dedication allowed us to adeptly navigate these adjustments and deliver the project within the stipulated time frame. This highlighted our ability to adapt and find solutions in a dynamic project environment.

Another noteworthy challenge stemmed from the pre-existing air-conditioning units already in place. The redesign required modification to these units, presenting a logistical challenge. Thankfully, our team's resourcefulness and problem-solving acumen came to the forefront, helping us manoeuvre through this task while keeping the project's deadline in mind. This revealed our commitment to delivering the project on time without compromising on quality or functionality.
